We are looking for a skilled Host/Hostess to join our Buck's Roadhouse team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in a similar establishment, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about catering operations, and hold Montana state approved TIPS certification.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest arrivals, take reservations, and provide menus and information
  • Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, assigning them to preferred tables while considering server workloads
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their experience, responding promptly to any concerns
  • Work closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to deliver exceptional service standards
