Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at NVISION Eye Centers. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage phone calls, screen for necessary information, confirm and reschedule appointments
* Coordinate patient files, ensure accurate documentation
* Greet patients enthusiastically, guide them through the consultation process
* Obtain authorizations for medical patients
* Scan and enter insurance cards, verify accuracy
* Audit invoices against purchase orders, research discrepancies, approve payments
* Investigate payment issues, make improvements for customers
* Prepare charts for next day's appointments
* Communicate clearly with patients regarding expectations
* Handle correspondence, convey concise, honest, and respectful messages

Requirements:
* 2+ years Ophthalmology experience or healthcare experience preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Desire to provide exceptional patient experiences

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
