  • Resolve Payment and Invoice Discrepancies
  • Facilitate Inter-company Billing by liaising with other offices and staff as necessary
  • Utilize various construction management software applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction billing or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
