In this position, you will spearhead recruitment efforts for diverse job openings, particularly focusing on technical roles. As a trusted recruitment partner, your excellent collaboration and communication skills will be essential in influencing hiring strategies and decisions to effectively fulfill the organization's staffing requirements by attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and aligning candidates with our technological needs, contributing to the dynamic and innovative culture at Ecosense Lighting.
Additionally, you will support the CEO with various tasks, dedicating approximately 10-15% of your time to this role, reflecting our adaptable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct sourcing of candidates through various methods, including mining recruiting platforms, utilizing internal and external databases, leveraging social media, and conducting outreach to potential candidates.
- Manage the complete Full Life-Cycle Recruiting process, which includes scheduling interviews, ensuring the quality of candidate resumes, and acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
- Implement college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain tracking metrics and accurate recordkeeping.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting is essential.
- Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities, including working with search firms and job boards.
- A self-driven candidate with a proven track record of surpassing performance expectations.
- Prior experience in recruiting for new technologies, particularly in engineering, IT, and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a desire for professional development into a Human Resources Generalist position.
