Observation and Support: Monitor classroom practices post-professional development to assess the implementation of the Savvas program. Provide educators with essential feedback to support their implementation of key instructional features. Offer insights on observable practices from Model Lesson/Lesson Study experiences. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage the Savvas Realize platform to showcase assessment progress indicators. Adapt instruction to align with student requirements. Support for Administrators: Employ Savvas program tools to identify implementation needs. Observe instructional strategies and practices, providing educators with feedback on their execution. Comprehend and articulate the philosophy, pedagogy, and organization of the program. Coaching for Administrators: Provide classroom and instructional coaching. Facilitate training sessions to support effective implementation. Offer on-site technical assistance. Maintain regular communication with school and district leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant degree required; preferred. Experience in conducting workshops and coaching for educators is essential. Proficiency in classroom-based technology integration. Familiarity with differentiated instruction techniques. Experience with NCTM's eight effective mathematics teaching practices. Proven success as a classroom teacher with a minimum of five years in grades 3-5, particularly in the Math content area. Strong collaboration and team-building abilities. Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Capability to strategically plan and coach school leaders and classroom educators. Ability to provide instructional support related to effective teaching strategies across various content areas using instructional technology. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills for both large and small groups. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in scaffolding instruction for English Language Learners. Background in bilingual education. Skills in scaffolding instruction for students with disabilities. Strategies for effective use of instructional technology in the classroom. Experience in virtual teaching and learning environments. Knowledge of programs and services that support community outreach.
