The Concessions Bartender is a key member of our team at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Concessions Bartender, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Bar Operations: Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
  • Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to state and federal regulations, and ensuring that guests are aware of the cut-off time.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits available, and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Cash Handling Skills: Accurate cash handling skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
  • Bartending Experience: Bartending school or experience is preferred.
