Concessions Bartender

The Concessions Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to guests in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a personable and professional individual who can work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times
Handle cash accurately and manage issued bank at the bar
Provide excellent guest service and respond to customer requests and concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
Requirements
Accurate cash handling skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
Benefits
This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $12, with opportunities for benefits, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
