Job Summary:
The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is tasked with delivering exceptional care to members on an as-needed basis. This role involves collaborating with the day center team to enhance the physical, emotional, and mental health of our members. The position operates Monday through Friday within the Upstate South Carolina area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer member care, including medication management and nursing interventions as per physician orders.
- Monitor and assess members' health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the Administrator.
- Provide education to members regarding their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
- Maintain accurate and current member records, developing and updating care plans as necessary.
- Review and revise care plans at least every six months, including quarterly nursing notes on each member's progress.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid registered nursing license in South Carolina, in good standing.
- At least one year of nursing experience, ideally with senior adults or individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with members, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to complete required background checks and drug screenings.
Compensation & Benefits:
As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers, you will receive a competitive hourly wage and enjoy a flexible schedule with weekly pay.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
