• Employ data and analytics to shape recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring leaders.


• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with both internal and external candidates, as well as domestic hiring managers across various sectors and locations.


• Accurately interpret and convey technical and functional hiring requirements to ensure job postings reflect the necessary qualifications and expectations.


• Utilize various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, HiredScore, and Avature.


• Proactively search external resume databases using Boolean search techniques within a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) framework.


• Effectively represent job requisitions, associated skills, hiring organization/program, and compensation details to pre-screen candidates, identify qualified individuals, and coordinate interview arrangements.


• Maintain a pipeline of pre-screened candidates and keep in touch with hard-to-find skilled professionals to sustain their interest.


• Leverage metrics and data analysis to devise strategies and enhance efficiencies in the recruitment process and for future planning.


• Assist in resolving hiring challenges by providing leadership support.


• Engage in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the candidate experience and increasing operational efficiency.


• Ensure proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the recruitment process, provide updates, and guarantee successful hires within the anticipated timeframe.

Required Qualifications:


• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).


• At least 5 years of experience sourcing candidates using diverse tools, including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media platforms.


• 5+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for at least 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or higher.


• Experience in leading and/or mentoring recruitment teams.


• 3+ years of experience in a corporate recruitment environment.


• Familiarity with recruiting candidates who hold security clearances.


• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and business leaders.


• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Experience with Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Avature, Sourcepoint).


• Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
