Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $14.40 - $21.60 per hour, based on industry standards and the cost of living in Conway, AR.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to geriatric patients in their homes or other settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with medication management.
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among patients.
Requirements
  • CNA or HHA license preferred.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
  • Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
