Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and structure of our program milieu, monitoring client activities, and participating in treatment services. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Safety and Support: Monitor client activities, conduct regular well-being checks, and provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
- Treatment Services: Participate in treatment services, including daily groups, and work collaboratively with our treatment team to achieve program objectives.
- Client Care: Search client belongings, complete necessary documentation, and maintain accurate records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- Professional Development: Attend supervision, training, and meetings as required to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or higher educational level or general education degree (GED).
- Experience: Experience working with substance use populations is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to display initiative, responsibility, accountability, and professionalism, with a commitment to working with an addicted population.
Benefits
- $19.00 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials.
- Fall-Time and Part-time shifts with rotating weekends.
