Clinical Manager Job Summary

Harbor, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Upper Sandusky clinical services team. As a Clinical Manager, you will provide oversight and supervision to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services, ensuring alignment with Harbor's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Managers, Clinical Coordinators, and Physician-Led Patient-Centered Teams to ensure coverage of services, supervision, and crisis support across teams and programs.
  • Train, manage, coordinate, evaluate, and supervise all operations for assigned clinical staff and treatment services.
  • Provide personnel management functions for all assigned staff, including supervision, annual evaluations, involvement in hiring, disciplinary actions, etc.
