Job Summary

Renviva Management Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Hemodialysis Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team in achieving quality and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the unit management team in achieving quality and patient satisfaction
  • Provide safe and effective delivery of age-specific patient care in compliance with facility procedures and regulations
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Assume administrative duties under the direction of the Director of Nursing/Charge Nurse
  • Perform additional duties and be responsible for specific projects assigned by the Director of Nursing/Hemodialysis Registered Nurse

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Active State licensure/certification
  • Education in physical sciences and/or training in laboratory techniques preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year dialysis experience preferred
  • Reprocessing experience, including equipment repair and maintenance desirable
  • Successful completion of training course in theory and practice of hemodialysis; or state certification or registration as required
  • Valid driver's license and insurance, if travel by car needed for company business
  • Computer knowledge desirable - Experience with EMR
  • CPR Certified
  • Drug screen and background check required for employment

Work Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift

Experience:

  • Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (Required)
  • BONENT CHT (Preferred)
  • CCHT (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Relocate before starting work (Required)
