Cemetery Sales Consultant

About the Role
As a Cemetery Sales Consultant with Everstory Partners, you will play a critical role in providing customer-focused experiences for families and individuals seeking pre-planning and memorial solutions. This includes utilizing our proprietary sales process to identify customer needs and preferences, and presenting tailored options to ensure seamless execution of their wishes.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Utilize industry-specific expertise to educate customers on various burial, entombment, and cremation options
• Collaborate with local management and team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Participate in community outreach events to build relationships and generate new leads
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in business, marketing, or sales
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required
• Experience working in a CRM (lead management system) preferred
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
