Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of estimating projects accurately and efficiently, as well as providing excellent customer service to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects
  • Maintain accurate records of project data and client interactions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial estimation for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects
  • Expert knowledge of concepts and practices in the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work accurately under pressure
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
