  • Process Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment, safety conditions, and production processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Department Lead and other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate desired.
  • Skills: Possess basic math skills, knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly operations.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of production procedures, quality control, and cost management techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
