About the Role

Carter's is seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (COE). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value we derive from Anaplan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anaplan System Administration (35%): Build new capabilities leveraging the Anaplan system to support strategic initiatives, evolving business processes, and continuous improvement in inventory performance (WOS, service level, excess).
  • System Training and Enhancement (35%): Primary contact for supply chain and/or retail model troubleshooting and enhancement requests. Grow superuser base and expand knowledge of Anaplan to the business.
  • Project Management (25%): Manage new projects by driving design sessions, gathering requirements, providing status updates, delivering solutions in partnership with an offshore resource base. Maintain sprint plans, follow build standards, and track issues/requests.
  • Supervise and Develop Offshore Resources (5%): Collaborate closely with key business and IT partners on requirements and capabilities. Anticipate key partner's needs and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
Requirements
  • Anaplan model building experience required.
  • Take a lead from the front approach. Prior management experience is a plus, but senior or lead level work is also acceptable.
  • Superior technical skills including Anaplan, advanced Excel, and a working knowledge of data integration methods.
  • Holding a certification in Anaplan is a major plus (Anaplanner Certification, Model Builder, Master Anaplanner, Solution Architect).
  • Analytical, process-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented delivery mindset.
  • Supply Chain and IT experience preferred.
  • BA/BS in a related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in an Analytics or Supply Chain related position.
