Behavioral Support Technician

Position Overview:
As a key member of the Applied Behavioral Intervention Services team at the University of Missouri, this role is dedicated to delivering personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement intervention strategies designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Engage directly with children through structured and spontaneous teaching methods.
- Educate families and caregivers on the techniques utilized in therapy, assisting them in applying these strategies effectively.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of one year of experience in health management or program administration is essential.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18
Grade: PAT-3A
University Title: HEALTH PROGRAM ASSISTANT
