Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Direct Care Professionals for a newly established residential group home. These professionals play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our participants by facilitating engaging activities and fostering meaningful interactions both within the program and in various community environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct, supervise, and assist participants in daily activities and social engagements.
  • Apply effective strategies to help participants achieve their service plan goals.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation within our electronic record-keeping system.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license in New Jersey with a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Experience with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Note: All employees must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including the booster.

Employment Types:

Available positions include both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is $18.00.
