Residential Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our team at Delta-T Group. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in Bergen County.

• Provide support that enhances individuals' quality of life
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization, and behavior management
• Assist with and teach independent living skills
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care
• Accompany participants to various community activities
• Maintain a clean and healthy living environment

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with at-risk adults
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks
