Job Title: CMC Operations Systems Analyst
Description:
We are seeking an experienced CMC Operations Systems Analyst to join our team at AA2IT. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders in CMC operations to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new system implementations and enhancements.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders in CMC operations to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new system implementations and enhancements.
- Technical Analysis: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with IT teams to design and develop solutions that meet operational needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements documents (FRDs), process flows, and use cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / CMC Background
- Experience as IT Business analyst in Pharmaceutical /Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
