Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at White Plains Hospital Center. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring and ADLs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Assist with specimen collection and other patient care tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in hospital or patient care setting preferred
- Successful completion of Nursing Technician Orientation
- BLS Certification required (through American Heart Association)
Salary Range: $42,880.30 - $64,320.56
