Key Responsibilities- Carry out collections management to client portfolios with outstanding balances to regularize client debt and mitigate risk.
- Offer clients comprehensive information about their credit and debt via telephone to facilitate effective collection management.
- Update unlocatable customer data in the CACS system, verifying information and history to locate and manage collections.
- Orient clients to other areas, such as Customer Services, retention, and Citiphone, based on their needs and requirements.
- Contribute to monthly productivity standards and efficiency goals in buckets.
- Identify inconsistencies in collections systems affecting client products and offer negotiation strategies or route cases to Remedial or supervisors for alternative payment options.
- 2-4 years of experience in the collection area.
- Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, and demonstrate ease of speech, leadership, adaptability, and quick adjustment to changes and reprioritization.
Citi provides a competitive salary range of $43,340.00 to $57,340.00, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
