About the Role

The Retail Store Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales and operations of our retail stores. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach a team to achieve sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, counseling, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial data, inventory, and other key statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all products are available for purchase and displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store employees to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services on a daily basis for all assigned accounts.
  • Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred requirements: 3-5 years retail experience, musical experience and interest.
