Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial data, inventory, and other key statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure that all products are available for purchase and displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store employees to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services on a daily basis for all assigned accounts.
  • Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements
