We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Climbing Wall Attendant to join our team at the Community Center in Glenwood Springs, CO. As a Climbing Wall Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests while climbing on our wall.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines and industry best practices on the climbing wall.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Enforce safety standards and written rules, and provide instruction and guidance as needed.
- May be responsible for leading outdoor climbing trips and certifying climbers for wall access during un-staffed hours.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire date.
This is a part-time position, not to exceed 28 hours per week. The position is eligible for part-time benefits.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.85/hour (DOQ). If you are a motivated and safety-conscious individual who is passionate about climbing and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
