We're seeking a talented Brand Growth Strategist to join our team at Talking Rain Beverage Company. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand growth strategies that drive portfolio growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand growth strategies that drive portfolio growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and long-term sustainable growth
  • Analyze data and make business recommendations related to promotions, products, pricing, and other key initiatives
  • Develop detailed packaging and product development briefs, accurate forecasts, and compelling go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with the Sales, Omni Channel, and Marketing Ops teams to create effective new product launch plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Associate Brand Manager or Associate Product Manager, ideally with a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company
  • Experience with end-to-end product development and commercialization processes
  • Excel and PowerPoint guru
  • Experience with Syndicated Data (IRI/Neilsen preferred)
