About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in Anchorage. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing authentic relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and making personalized product recommendations. You will also be responsible for cultivating an in-depth knowledge of our products and providing product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for all customers
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of our products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
Requirements
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven with a passion to exceed
  • Positive, enthusiastic, team-spirited work style, exhibiting company core values at all times
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity
  • Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
