Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to our service standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and personalized styling.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, visual presentation, and product knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to our operational guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in inventory preparation, processing shipments, and completing opening/closing procedures.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, and maintain a high level of cash handling skills.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company initiatives through training and education.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stock room.
