Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
- Drive sales through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing and organized store
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
