Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 3-5 years of direct work experience in Project Management required
  • 3+ years experience with in-house creative, or advertising agency, or digital marketing preferred
  • 1-2 years experience with Workfront or a similar platform preferred
  • 3+ years experience reviewing visual design and written content preferred
  • 3+ years experience supporting digital or social channels preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with creative teams, marketing strategists, and channel managers to execute projects including emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social media, web, display, video, etc.

Prioritization:
Facilitates new project intakes for resourcing needs by business priority

  • Develops project plans and oversees assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Utilizes workflow management tools (such as Workfront) for effective project execution
  • Constructs timelines and workflows
  • Owns & Manages marketing roadmaps
  • Monitors project progress and ensures timelines are kept up to date
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues for the team
  • Provides necessary reporting for team(s) and leadership
  • Facilitates team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives.
