Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service by delivering a full complement of administrative support, sales support, and customer service to our Financial Advisors and clients.
  • New Client Onboarding: Facilitate the new client onboarding process, including opening and maintaining client accounts, managing account paperwork, tracking and recording client correspondence, and generating various performance and activity reports.
  • Client Reviews: Schedule and manage client reviews, prepare Financial Advisors for client review meetings, and update client profiles.
  • Compliance: Ensure the team is compliant with all processes and procedures, maintain clean and up-to-date compliance files, and work to deepen and enhance inter-company relationships.
  • Client Communications: Handle various client communications and mailings, including monthly newsletters, birthday cards, and Christmas cards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry and customer service experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of First Clearing system and Salesforce desirable.
  • Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Illinois Insurance License preferred, but not required to start.
