Job Title: CRNA - Per Diem

Job Summary:

NYU Langone Health is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist, ensuring the safe and comfortable care of patients undergoing various medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Administer anesthesia under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist
- Perform complete pre-anesthetic assessments, including laboratory data, patient history, and physical examination
- Prepare for case management, assembling essential equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Develop anesthetic management plans based on patient assessment and anticipated procedures
- Demonstrate professional competence in managing anesthesia, including airway management and emergency situations
- Provide competent post-anesthetic management, including patient care and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

- CRNA-Certified RN Anesthetist license
- Masters Degree - CRNA program
- Current NYS RN License, CRNA Certification, ACLS, PALS certification, NYS Infection Control Certificate

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $200.00 hourly.
