Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch service and support to our customers in the Grand Rapids, MI area. As a Customer Service Engineer 2, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites. You will be the face of Siemens to our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Install and modify imaging equipment, including MR/CT/SPECT modalities, as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with regional service managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong electronics background and computer skills required.
  • 2-5 years of field service experience desired.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
