About the Role

Climax Molybdenum is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular patrols of the property to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed.
Requirements
  • CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respond to emergency situations.
  • Knowledge of site rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to work a non-standard schedule, including shift work and 24/7 operations.
