Responsabilidades:


Es responsable de gestionar y apoyar múltiples programas de riesgo y control para la organización, incluyendo la definición de la estrategia, enfoque, procesos, calidad, herramientas e informes que proporcionen consistencia y excelencia en la gestión de riesgos a nivel global.

Establece un proceso de auditoría trimestral de atributos para asegurar el cálculo y control adecuados.
Colabora estrechamente con socios comerciales sobre hallazgos y hace recomendaciones para mejorar las prácticas.
Desarrolla la implementación de procedimientos y procesos de gestión del cambio con el equipo de Operaciones e Informes para asegurar que existan una gobernanza y controles adecuados.
Examina los procedimientos en busca de consistencia y brechas en relación con las regulaciones, además de los impactos en la experiencia del cliente.
Realiza pruebas internas de los procesos de disputa para asegurar el control.
Monitorea excepciones a la política de disputas e identifica los factores que las generan.
Utiliza datos para examinar los impactos en la experiencia del cliente y las infracciones regulatorias.
Tiene la capacidad de operar con un nivel limitado de supervisión directa.
Puede ejercer independencia de juicio y autonomía.
Actúa como experto en la materia para partes interesadas senior y/o otros miembros del equipo.

Evalúa adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y la protección de Citibank, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido respecto al comportamiento personal, conducta y prácticas comerciales, y escalando, gestionando e informando sobre problemas de control con transparencia.

Capacidad para liderar foros abiertos con ejecutivos de liderazgo.

Calificaciones:
6-10 años de experiencia laboral relevante en Riesgos Empresariales y Controles
MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic son un plus. 5+ años de experiencia en servicios financieros.
Demuestra consistentemente habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal claras y concisas.
Se requieren habilidades efectivas de influencia organizacional.
Preferible gestión de proveedores de terceros. Demostrada capacidad para liderar esfuerzos de equipo globales.
Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas. Capacidad para ver el panorama general con alta atención a los detalles críticos.
Demostrada capacidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias e iniciativas de mejora de procesos.
