Position: Commercial Estimator

We are on the lookout for a skilled Estimator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in the commercial construction field, with a strong emphasis on government-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing bid specifications and technical drawings

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5-7+ years of experience in construction estimating
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site assessments
