Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses and staff in providing high-quality patient care
- Assess and ensure quality services are delivered
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for nursing staff
- State of Michigan RN licensure required
- Associates degree in nursing required
- Bachelors of science in nursing preferred
- 2 years of acute care experience required
- Critical care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- BLS, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required
- Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
0.9 FTE (full-time, 36 hours per week)
Night/day - 12 hour shifts
Every 3rd Weekend
