**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee food production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following facility and chef-approved guidelines.
  • Lead and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Executive Chef or General Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation and nutrition practices, as well as local health regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and time management.
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management.
  • Strong familiarity with OSHA and local health regulations.
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, Esysco, and MS Excel preferred.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or 2 years related experience preferred.
