We are seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Professional to join the dynamic team at Templeton Landing. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food production and supporting the Executive Chef in achieving our culinary goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee food production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following facility and chef-approved guidelines.
- Lead and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Executive Chef or General Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation and nutrition practices, as well as local health regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and time management.
- Ability to interface with various levels of management.
- Strong familiarity with OSHA and local health regulations.
- PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, Esysco, and MS Excel preferred.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or 2 years related experience preferred.
