Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to team members, ensuring excellence in the delivery of care for residents.
  • Lead in coaching, supervising, directing, and coordinating the nursing services program on their floor.
  • Coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment process and individualized plan of care.
  • Assist with the overall systems and processes of the Nursing Services Department.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse License in an in-state or compact state.
  • Knowledge and experience with geriatric or subacute nursing, medication, treatment administration, COMAR, CMS guidelines, and office of health care quality.
  • Proven positive leadership skills, electronic medical records experience, and ability to communicate, partner, coach, and counsel direct report team members.
