Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Norris Screen in Tazewell, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout our facility.

• Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials throughout the facility.
• Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with a focus on inventory management and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Ability to read and interpret shop work orders, material requisitions, and inventory reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
