Position Summary: The Parts Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the delivery of parts of retailers in multiple states. Travel will be required Monday - Friday, potentially some weekends.

Duties / Responsibilities:

•Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.

•Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.

•Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.

•Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.

•Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.

•Documenting and processing orders for shipment.

•Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

•Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.

•Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.

•Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.

•Creating individual process to improve our customers' experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.

•Other duties as assigned.

•Deliver parts to customer/retailers

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or GED equivalent

•Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.

•Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers

•Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel

•Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred

•Thorough knowledge of job-related policies

•Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report request

•Must have a clean driving record

Physical Demands:

•Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.

•Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.

•Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.

•Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.

•Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required- mainly day trips for deliverie
