  • Collaborate with other Operations Managers for alignment and national focus.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and sales and estimating team on growth strategy and execution for long-term financial success.
  • Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Five years combined experience in Operations, Construction, and/or Project Management.
  • Five or more years of Management or Sales/Commercial Leadership in a heavy industrial or Civil/Industrial Construction environment.
  • Willingness to relocate within Nucor as future advancement opportunities arise.
