Commissary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissary Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commissary services, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise to our locations.

• Supervise the receiving, processing, and storage of all incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to our locations.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks to commissary staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and productivity.
• Coordinate the movement of merchandise to retail offices, storage areas, and display floors, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Commissary Manager to take inventory, analyze productivity, and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Train new hires on POS system, safety procedures, and job responsibilities, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Implement and follow emergency procedures, ensuring the safety and security of our staff and guests.

• Two years' experience in a similar role or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
