Commissary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissary Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commissary services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Supervise the receiving, processing, and storage of incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stockroom operations.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks for the Gift Commissary team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Coordinate the movement of merchandise to retail offices, storage areas, and display floors, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Commissary Manager to take inventory, analyze sales data, and implement productivity-enhancing strategies.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient cash handling.
• Train new hires on POS system operations, safety protocols, and job responsibilities, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Implement and follow emergency procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
