Commissary Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissary Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commissary services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Supervise the receiving, tagging, pricing, and storing of all incoming merchandise.
• Assign daily tasks to Gift Commissary staff and ensure that tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Coordinate the movement of incoming merchandise to retail offices, storage areas, and/or display floors.
• Cashiers when necessary to expedite the processing of guests' purchases.
• Orchestrate special projects, such as holidays, events, and book signings, as needed.
• Follow through with information to team members on new products or procedures using the information book on the floor.
• Work with the General Manager and Commissary Manager to take inventory and utilize complete productivity on the floor.
• Have a full understanding of the point-of-sale system.
• Assist all guests in any possible way.
• Train new hires on the POS system, overall safety, and job responsibilities.
• Follow, implement, and follow up on all emergency procedures.

• Two years' experience in a similar employment environment or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
