Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain a portfolio of commercial real estate relationships, focusing on revenue growth, fee income, deposits, and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including commercial real estate clients, investors, attorneys, and other industry professionals, to establish a strong referral base and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present credit memos to senior management, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the review and underwriting of credit requests, making recommendations for approval to senior management and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate clients, providing exceptional service and promoting products and services to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a solid understanding of general credit and risk principles, and banking policies/procedures.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards and personal integrity, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
