JOB SUMMARY

Oversee the Food and Beverage team to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction. Perform essential opening and closing tasks, which include organizing necessary supplies and tools, maintaining cleanliness of all equipment and areas, and securing premises. Conduct inspections of storage areas to ensure proper organization, adherence to food usage records, and overall cleanliness. Carry out scheduled inventory checks and manage the requisition of essential supplies. Complete maintenance work orders as needed. Ensure that food and beverage quality complies with all health and safety regulations, while also meeting or exceeding the company’s service standards.

Assist management in the recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and motivation of staff, serving as a role model and primary contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and security; report incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards, proactively address service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, support team objectives, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards; identify, propose, develop, and implement innovative strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer service with a professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
