Job Title: Chemical Cleaning Project Manager

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Cleaning Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall safety, quality, and success of our chemical cleaning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage chemical cleaning projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of chemical cleaning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in the chemical cleaning industry or refineries.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently and at short notice, passport recommended.
  • Valid driver's license, TWIC card, and clean driving record.
  • Professional presentation, confident in ability to promote services and manage work.
  • Organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities.
  • Sound decision-making, dependable, and strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, extended work hours associated with overnight and extended travel.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret PIDs, PFDs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, climb, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Work around chemicals, including acids and bases, work around hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat.
  • Climb ladders and stairs up to 170 feet in height.
  • Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment according to company policy.
