Key Responsibilities
  • Process Operations: Maintain and operate process equipment, including chemical pumps, valves, and tanker trailers, to ensure smooth raw material and finished product transfer.
  • Raw Material Handling: Receive and offload raw materials via tanker trailer, railcar, or tote, and load finished products onto tanker trailer, railcar, or totes.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on process equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Lead Operator to coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in process operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Project Support: Assist with project work, including procedure development, maintenance support, and permitting requirements.
  • HS&E Tasks: Assist with HS&E tasks, including inspecting safety equipment, completing inspections, and issuing permits.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in process operations, with a focus on chemical processing and tank farm operations.
  • Certifications: Certified in Tank Farm Area and familiar with DOT regulations, OSHA PSM, and EPA RMP standards.
